During construction of an additional room (22'x8') for additional closet space I desperately needed, contacted CLOSET & STORAGE CONCEPTS for a quote and assistance with designing a proficient system for the use of this space. This was for seasonal clothing, shoes/boots, linens, blankets and everyday overflow (i.e., luggage, pet carrier, sewing machine, coolers, etc...) I visited the showroom without an apppointment, was kindly greeted and was immediately introduced to the showroom. At that point was able to view different lines and finishes. Without being overwhelmed with sales people was approached by a designer (Jenny Dabbs). Very comfortable in the surroundings, was asked general questions about the appllication I was there for and she went to work with a graph pad and pencil, drawing out a scheme applicable for my needs and a start to what I needed. This was all new to me and a very nice and accomplishing experience. I was treated with kindness and respect. After the initial visit and design which was a dual effort between myself and my designer (Jenny Dabbs), I must have made at least 4 different changes to that design. Every re-deisgn I introduced was given a welcome response. We communicated via phone, email, cell, sms, and each time my changes were welcomed and given immediate response. I made a final decision on the design and it was submitted for production. I was offered an installation date at my convenience... and on that day they arrived with everything they needed for a complete installation. The installers arrived promptly, introduced themselves, explained the process of their work. They were professional; covered my floors and carpet with canves and were respectful of my home. Also, they were very flexible with my suggestions on the shelving being adjusted. This was an absolutely great experience, from start to finish. The company was more cost effecient than the competitors and I was treated withe professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company for your storage needs. This system cost me less than what the cost figured from the systems offered at both LOWES & HOME DEPOT, AND they were more cost effective than their competitors. The quality of this cabinetry is more attractive and gives my home a better value.
