Recently I had your company install a closet organization system in my daughter's bedroom closet. I was impressed with the quality of the product. The installer Eddie arrived not only on time, but was 5 minutes early. He was polite, professional, and did an outstanding job on the installation. Everything fit like a glove, just perfect. I go in her room every now and again just to look at how nice it really looks. Everything is in its place now.
Your design consultant Karen Lamothe was so professional. She also arrived on time. She had the entire product line available to display. Her "Little Closet' of product really gave me a good idea of what to expect. She didn't pressure me into a sale, which I really appreciated. She presented the product, designed the closet to my specifications, and discussed some of my concerns. She told me about what a great boss she had and what a fantastic company he ran and she really liked working for your company. She just couldn't say enough. I figured if he treats his employees well and they love their boss then they'll love what their doing and put pride in the closet they build for me due to the fact they care about the company because their boss cares about them. She then closed with "whenever you decide to go forward just give us a call". Wow! I knew right then and there you guys were the company for me.  I didn't have to look any further.

 I cancelled the other 3 appointments with your competitors the next day. No pressure, professional, on time, and genuinely proud of the company they work for. I was impressed.
