A small dressing room in a Wrentham, MA home is transformed into an elegant walk-in closet that makes it easy and exciting to get ready for the day. 
Shoe Storage
For a variety of flats, sneakers, boots, and sandals, one section of the closet cabinets is specifically designated for shoe storage. The cabinets are the perfect depth to help maximize space without any doubts of scuffed shoes or boots. The shelves are set at varying heights for different types of shoes. As our client’s needs change, the shelving can be adjusted.
Custom Wardrobes & Shelving
For a neater way to store their clothes and linens, our clients asked us to create a mix of shelving and cabinets. Tall cabinet doors conceal shelving and storage for items like sweaters, linens, and workout gear. Simple cabinet hardware adds a little shine without feeling too modern or contemporary.
To help show off trinkets, photos, and other items, a built-in corner shelf unit was installed. It is attached to one of the cabinet wardrobe units to maximize “dead” corner space.
Personal Design Touches
For a clean look, our popular white finish was chosen. Beautiful molding along the top and detailing along the cabinets help add texture which fits in with the traditional design of this Norfolk county home. The units were installed slightly off the ground for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Our client’s own personal items help complete the space. A mannequin helps show off our client’s style and makes it easy to plan outfits. An adjustable wood table and coordinating chair create a small reading area that can also double as a vanity or writing desk. A comfy, plush pillow and throw make it easy to get cozy. Finally, a tall flower arrangement and books give a natural look without cluttering the space.
